Fils d’un officier de l’armée zaïroise et d’une mère entrepreneure, il développe très tôt un attachement profond à la souveraineté nationale et à l’excellence. Born on March 18, 1977 in Kinshasa, Joshua Nkombe grew up in an environment blending military authority and entrepreneurial spirit. Son of an officer in the Zairian army and an entrepreneurial mother, he developed early on a deep commitment to national sovereignty and excellence.

En 1995, il suit une formation militaire en France, qu’il complète par des études en gestion, commerce international et logistique opérationnelle à Paris, construisant un profil alliant expertise stratégique et compréhension des enjeux de gouvernance. In 1995, he underwent military training in France, which he complemented with studies in management, international trade and operational logistics in Paris, building a profile combining strategic expertise and understanding of governance challenges.

De retour au Congo au début des années 2000, il s’engage dans les dynamiques de reconstruction nationale et participe à la structuration des forces armées. Il accède à des responsabilités opérationnelles et stratégiques, notamment dans des contextes de sécurisation. Face à des contraintes sécuritaires liées à des divergences avec le pouvoir, il quitte le pays et poursuit un parcours à l’international, évoluant dans des environnements militaires et stratégiques variés, où il développe une expertise en opérations et en conseil. En 2022, il initie son retour au Congo et s’implique dans des initiatives visant à structurer un cadre militaire organisé, la Force Nationale, réunissant des vétérans issus de différentes factions ainsi que des officiers congolais évoluant à l’étranger, avec pour objectif de contribuer à la reconstruction d’un outil de défense professionnel et souverain. In 2022, he initiated his return to Congo and became involved in initiatives to structure an organized military framework, the Force Nationale, bringing together veterans from different factions as well as Congolese officers serving abroad, with the objective of contributing to the rebuilding of a professional and sovereign defense apparatus.

Auteur de la trilogie « Congo, La Gâchette de l’Afrique » et initiateur de la Force Nationale, il défend une vision de gouvernance fondée sur la souveraineté, la discipline institutionnelle et l’unité nationale.
